My name is Justen O’Neill, and I’m proud to serve as a health and fitness coach at Unique Fitness right here in Holbrook. My passion lies in helping individuals unlock their full potential—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I believe that true wellness is built on a foundation of small, consistent habits, and my mission is to guide people through the process of creating sustainable, long-term change in their lives.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose sight of personal health goals. Between work, family, and other obligations, fitness often falls to the bottom of the priority list. That’s where I come in. I work closely with clients to develop realistic, personalized plans that are not only effective but also sustainable. My approach is rooted in structure, support, and accountability—three pillars that help my clients build momentum and stay on track.
Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or looking to take their training to the next level, I’m here to meet them where they are. I emphasize progress over perfection, focusing on daily actions that add up to powerful results over time. From tailored workouts and nutritional guidance to mindset coaching and motivation, I offer a comprehensive strategy to help individuals make lasting improvements in all areas of health and wellness.
But my work goes beyond sets, reps, and macros. For me, it’s about building relationships and creating a supportive community where people feel encouraged, challenged, and inspired. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone gain confidence, improve their energy levels, and truly take ownership of their life again. That transformation isn’t just physical—it’s life-changing.
At Unique Fitness, we pride ourselves on being more than just a gym. We’re a team of dedicated professionals committed to empowering our members with the tools, education, and encouragement they need to thrive—not just during their workouts, but in every area of their lives. And as someone who’s been on my own personal fitness journey, I understand the ups and downs that come with change. That empathy allows me to connect with people on a deeper level and guide them with both compassion and clarity.
If you’re ready to break old patterns, build healthier habits, and start becoming the best version of yourself, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s work together to create a stronger, healthier future—one day, one decision, and one workout at a time.
